Acker MP-8C Track Mounted Core Drill

The Acker MP-8C Track Mounted Core Drill is designed to meet the challenge of rugged mineral exploration drilling conditions. The unit is steel track mounted for difficult access areas. It has the capacity to drill NQ (3") hole to approx. 2,200 feet and HQ (3.5") hole to 1,500 feet. The MP-8C is powered by a Deutz Turbo Charged Diesel Engine providing eight drill head speeds to 1,000 RPM and a maximum spindle torque of 8,000 foot pounds. Also included is a built-in mud/water pump capable of producing 35 GPM @ 600 PSI and a main winch with a capacity of 12,000 pounds.
