Huber Hills Uranium Project Nevada

The Huber Hills Uranium Project is located approximately 85 miles north west of the city of Elko, Nevada, USA. Samba Gold has an Acquisition Agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest of the Huber Hills uranium property. It is easily accessed via highway and four wheel drive road. The Project is comprised of approximately 98 existing lode mining claims (1960 acres) and has been expanded by the Company to include an additional 85 lode mining claims (1700 acres) for which filing is pending. The Huber Hills Project is the location of prior uranium production, in the Mountain City mining district. Recent sampling (News Release June 7, 2007) showed a channel sample returning 0.149% U(3)O(8) over 4.5 meters. The Company will begin shortly with a first phase exploration program.

The Huber Hills Uranium Project is located north of California Creek in an area of numerous well known uranium mineralized occurrences discovered and worked in the uranium boom of the 1950's. The property covers the "Race Track" and "Autunite" uranium showings. The Huber Hills property is in an area of moderate, rolling relief, with minor sagebrush cover.

The Race Track uranium mineralization is related to a shear zone defining the unconformity separating Tertiary volcanic rocks from the Cretaceous quartz monzonite. Larry Garside with the Bureau of Mines and Geology in Nevada in Bulletin 81, titled "Radioactive Minerals Occurrences in Nevada 1973" , and in a later property site visit by Garside in 1979, reported that anomalous radioactivity was discernable for more than 200 feet along a 15-foot-wide zone, and that the property produced 9,900 lbs of uranium at a grade of 0.24% U(3)O(8) ( 4.8 lbs/ton U(3)O(8) ). The Company is treating this as historical data, and not National Policy Instrument 43-101 compliant. The Company did not perform the work and cannot verify the adequacy or accuracy of the past exploration work.

News Release - June 6, 2007 - Channel Sampling Data

Recent sampling within the historic Race Track Mine open pit yielded results which tends to confirm this historic data. Two adjacent 4.5 meter channel samples ( total length 9.0 meters ) taken from an exposed bentonitic tuff found in the developed part of the historic pit gave results of 0.149% and 0.102% U(3)O(8). Two other channel - grab samples taken from another part of the pit gave lesser U(3)O(8) values of 220 and 280 ppm.

Phase One Exploration Program

The objective of locating this large group of lode claims, is to secure the possible extensions of the known mineralized zones related to the contact between the underlying Cretaceous quartz monzonite and the overlying Tertiary volcanic - sedimentary sequence. In order to achieve this objective, a multiphase program will begin. The first phase will consist of detailed geological mapping and scintillometer and magnetometer surveys. This will be followed by shallow drilling of all anomalous zones located.

Mr. Paul Pelke of Reno, Nevada has been appointed Project Manager for the Huber Hills Uranium Project. He has had extensive experience working on uranium projects in Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming and California.
