Neuquen Project Chile

The Neuquen Project is located in Northern Chile, approximately 60 miles east of the city of Iquique. It is easily accessed via highway and four wheel drive road. It is comprised of 3,000 hectares and is the location of prior copper production. Recent trenching and sampling by the Company has identified a mineralized area measuring 300 meters by 600 meters and open in all directions. Check out the Property Map below for trenching results. The next phase of exploration at Neuquen is mechanical trenching with a D-8 bulldozer.

The Neuquen Project is interesting from the point that it is in the low area of Chile, near the coast. Look over the landsat image. You might notice that the project is located at an area of structural change. Also, due to it's proximity to the coast, moist sea inflow has created a "coliche" layer across the area. This layer is quite hard to break through, and covers much of the outcrop seen at the project location. Look over some of the sampling pictures to get a better idea. This layer has concealed the real potential of the project. The next phase of mechanical trenching will get through this layer and expose what nature has possibly hidden. The property owner has mined copper at this location for many years. Look over the project photographic report below, for a better understanding of the Neuquen Project
